We ask two things of our Tenants, to take care of the property to keep it in the same condition as it was at the move-in and to pay rent on time. We provide a convenient online portal for our Tenants to submit any maintenance requests, to easily pay monthly rent, or just ask questions.
Warranty of Habitability Act
Tenant can mail or personally deliver written notice of an uninhabitable condition to the following address: 8480 E Orchard Rd Suite 3000, Greenwood Village CO 80111, by email at the following email address:Accounting@tedarla.com, or through our online tenant portal or platform with a web address of :Tedarla.com.
